A centuries-old blend of sweet and subtly spicy
Sweet and spicy sausages from Spain were the inspiration for Schaller & Weber’s Spanish Style Chorizo–that means it’s milder than the Mexican-style sausage of the same name. Just like those original Iberian sausages, we add dried and smoked paprika and mix it with pork filling to create a color as festive as the flavor.
Traditionally served as part of a tapas plate or sliced on a sandwich, our Spanish Style Chorizo is as versatile as any sausage. We always prefer grilling, but the flavor comes through any way you prepare your links. There’s a perfect blend of sweetness, spice and smoke in every bite that is great any time of day.
