CheeseDelicatessen.com, operated by Choice Products & International Delicatessen Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to delivering high-quality gourmet products with proper care and handling. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, delivery, and returns of our products.


1. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). In select cases, particularly when influenced by product weight or regional delivery considerations, we may utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All perishable products are vacuum-sealed and packed with gel ice packs in insulated shipping containers. Dry ice may be added as necessary to maintain appropriate product temperature during transit.


2. Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically dispatched once per week, no later than Tuesday, to reduce the risk of extended delays over the weekend. Shipping may occasionally occur on Wednesdays or Saturdays based on the recipient's distance and USPS delivery estimates.

All shipments originate from our facility in Wernersville, Pennsylvania (ZIP Code: 19565). We ship nationwide throughout the United States. For orders within Berks, Chester, Lancaster, Lebanon counties, and the city of Philadelphia, courier service may be available.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate starting at $34.99 per order. Additional charges may apply for certain regions or oversized/heavy packages. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


4. Order Processing Times

While we strive to process orders as promptly as possible, standard processing may take 1 to 10 business days, with all orders fulfilled within 30 calendar days. Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

Should you require delivery by a specific date, you must contact us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


5. Returns and Refunds (Perishable Items)

Due to the nature of perishable products, returns are not accepted unless items are damaged in transit or shipped in error. The following conditions apply:

  • Taste preference or dissatisfaction with appearance/shape is not a valid reason for return.

  • Opened products are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply on any authorized return of non-perishable items.

  • No returns are accepted more than 48 hours after delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp).

  • Recipients are responsible for retrieving perishable deliveries within 24 hours of delivery.

For returns to be considered, you must provide photographic evidence of product damage and retain the original packaging and re-freeze the gel packs for up to three (3) days, upon request.

We do not reship orders returned as undeliverable by the carrier. If the returned product is non-perishable and undamaged, we will issue a refund minus shipping fees and a potential 20% restocking fee.


6. Shelf Life Guarantee

All perishable products are shipped with a minimum of 14 days remaining before the "Best By" or expiration date. If you require specific shelf-life details prior to ordering, please contact us.


7. Packaging Policy

If you order multiple quantities of the same item, we may consolidate them into a single bulk piece based on weight unless otherwise specified. To ensure optimal fit in shipping containers, products may be cut to size and vacuum sealed.
