Policy and shipping information

 

We ship our products via the United States Postal Service (our prefer shipper) and larger order via UPS.  All orders are vacuum sealed and packaged with gel-ice packs, and we add dry ice when need it to keep cool during shipping. Orders ship no later in the week than Monday. This is to ensure freshness. If shipped after Tuesday there is a chance your order will sit in a terminal over the weekend.   

 

 We do not accept returns on perishable items. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Items that have been opened can not be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.  Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  A receiver of perishable items required to pick up the shipment in 24 hours from the delivery time indicated by Carrier. Returns in perishable items are not accepted after 48 hours from the date the order is delivered.

All perishable product will have not less than 14 days best by date on the shipping date. If this is concern please contact us and we will give accurate information to you. 

We do not reship orders that are returned to us by the carrier due to it being undelivered and do not ship to a different address other than the shipping address associated with an order. If an order is returned to us due to it being undelivered by the carrier for any reason, and the product is not perishable and not damaged, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s); shipping charges are not refundable and the items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  NOTE: We need to have the return physically delivered to us for any of the above to take place.

Important! In order to receive credit or exchange products, you (customer) need to prove by photographs that product is damaged. We need you to save the original packaging and re-freeze the gel packs at least 3 days if it is deemed necessary to return the products to us. 

If you order multiple quantities of the same item we may send them as one piece (in this case we consider the weight of your product) unless you have specified differently. At times in order to fit in the shipping containers, your piece may be cut to size and vacuum sealed. Orders are shipped to all addresses on  Mondays and Tuesday. In some cases we may even ship your order on Wednesdays and Saturdays depends on how far away you're located from us and how long USPS's estimated arrival time to your address. After receiving your order we individually make the decision on your shipping day.  This is to ensure freshness. If shipped after a certain day there is a chance your order will sit in a terminal over the weekend.  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wernersville PA 19565.  We ship to every state in the U.S. Orders that are being sent to certain areas within the Berks, Chester, Lancaster and Lebanon counties and the city of Philadelphia can be delivered by a courier service.

We do not ship products with less than 14 days before best by or expiration dates. We are happy to provide information for best by or expiration date before you place an order.
