Kasseler Country Style Pâté is based on the style found throughout the German countryside. Similar to the classic French pâté de campagne, the meat here is coarsely ground, leaving large chunks throughout. For added flavor we use a simple spice blend, reminiscent of the German countryside of its origins.
The Schaller & Weber Kasseler Country Pâté cuts the sophistication of a fine liverwurst with rustic charm to produce this farmhouse staple. Then, we updated it by making it all-natural, with no added nitrates, so everyone can get excited when it hits their plate.
