Halloumi is a semi-hard cheese made from sheep's milk and seasoned with mint leaves. It’s texture is similar to a firm mozzerella but with the briny moisture of a feta. Halloumi is known for it's grilling ability because it can be fried or grilled until golden brown and not melt! It is great served with meats, vegetables, and even over polenta. Made in Cyprus.
