    I am so glad I found your Company/ I have been looking for Hoffmans super sharp cheese with no success. Then I found your company. I live in a small community at the Kentucky and Tennessee border. I shared my cheese with them. My two best friends had to say about the cheese. One said it was like good old time cheese. Not like the processed cheese you can get anywhere. My other best friend said it was the "best cheese he had ever had!" I saved 5 pounds for Christmas. If I get my Christmas wish I hope to have some of your delicious looking meats to serve with it. Any body who reads this what would you recommend to compliment my dish for Christmas? I am even going to buy a cheese slicer. I just need the missing extras for my presentation. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated. George
