Krinos Kefalograviera is a hard, sheep's milk table cheese with a Protected Destination of Origin (PDO) from Epirus, Greece. With a distinctive tangy flavor, it is often used instead of Parmesan or aged Asiago to top pasta dishes. A delectable addition to any cheese platter, Krinos Kefalograviera can also be used for the popular pan-fried Greek cheese dish, Saganaki.
