Who doesn’t love bacon? We sure do, which is why we’ve added it to our classic scrapple recipe. The result? An incredible addition to our line of scrapple flavors that includes a hint of smoky, bacon goodness.
INGREDIENTS: Pork Broth, Bacon Ends (Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Pork Skins, White Corn Meal, Wheat Flour, Pork Livers, Pork Hearts, Salt, and Spices
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place 3/8" slices in a preheated pan. Brown on medium heat (375°F) for 8-10 minutes without turning. Turn over slices and repeat browning.
