Our artisan cheeses are all hand-crafted with exceptional body and texture, using special curing techniques developed to emphasize taste which no longer is commercially available in cheddar types from most of the large cheese makers today. HOT! Habanero peppers, jalapeno peppers, cayenne peppers, and hot wing sauce give this cheddar a seriously spicy flavor. Much spicier than hot pepper jack cheese, buffalo wing cheddar is sure to set your mouth on fire.
