Huntsman is the marriage of two delicious British classics, Double Gloucester and Blue Stilton, brought together through a complex layering process. Creamy, forceful Stilton is sandwiched between an exterior of mellow, satiny Double Gloucester. The result is an excellent flavor combination that is as delicious as it is beautiful. While some purists may turn their noses up at modern creations like Huntsman, one taste led us to appreciate this English application of technology and innovation.

    Full disclosure - I adore Huntsman Cheese - the "layer cake" combnation of the Stilton and Double Gloucester is simply sublime. I was delighted to buy 2 chunks of this cheese, and even happier that they weren't enormous. Perfect taste, arrived in perfect condition, and I am already enjoying this delivery. Can't recommend it highly enough for true cheese afficionados!

    This is the best Huntsman cheese I have had in a long time. It is fresh and so delicious. The shipping is reasonable compared to other similar sites. Some places charge as much, or more, for 8 ounce (1/2 lb) but this selection is almost a pound. I will definitely be a return customer.
