Individually hand-crafted using the pasteurized milk of Holstein Friesian cows, the Cahill family pours porter over their tangy cheddar, giving the cheese a mosaic-like pattern. Cahill Cheddar with Porter is nutty and fruity with a pleasant finish. The full wheels or pre-cuts are attractive on the retail shelf, the cheese board. It is good slightly melted on bread, and it even keeps its unique marbled appearance when warm. Made in England.
