Snowdinia Smoked Mature Cheddar
I originally tried this cheddar cheese when I picked this up at a Caviar House shop at London’s Heathrow LHR T5, duty free. It comes in a yellow wax protective sheath. It is incredibly smoked to perfection, a cheese that melts in your mouth due to its unique texture. A very small amount adds lots of flavor. I highly recommend it, don’t just buy one…it goes quickly and you’ll wish you had more!
