    I have had this cheese before, and havent been able to find it in years; until now! Smooth and velvety cheddar, with strong garlic/herb notes. 10 for 7 oz. is fair as can be as well. Packaging was immaculate, double insulated with a cold pack that made it from PA/AZ, still frozen, in the same week. Will buy again, and again, and again.
