White Stilton With Blueberies 

White Stilton is a younger version of Blue Stilton without the addition of Penicillium Roqueforti (the blue mould that gives traditional Stilton its distinctive blue veins and strong flavour). White Stilton has a light, fresh, slightly acidic flavour that makes it a perfect partner for fruit.

Somerdale White Stilton with Blueberries combines juicy, soft Blueberries with the finest White Stilton. This produces a delicate and distinctively fruity flavour.

White Stilton with Blueberries will add a punch of colour to a cheeseboard and can be served with crackers as a dessert cheese, enjoyed with a glass of port.

As with the majority of our cheese, White Stilton with Blueberries is suitable for vegetarians.
