This cheese was invented in Denmark back in 1969 when talented cheese makers explored bringing together the mild and delicate nature of a brie, with the more intense profile of traditional blue cheeses.

It is lusciously smooth, balanced with some sharper notes from the blue mould.

The high proportion of cream results in a soft, buttery texture and a milky taste for a creamy indulgence.
