Located in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir in the heart of the English countryside, the renowned Cropwell Bishop Creamery has been owned and run by the Skailes family for three generations.

Cropwell Bishop is one of only six dairies in the world able to produce authentic Stilton under the UK Blue Stilton Cheese PDO.
