Ingredients:

Beef Broth, Beef Trim, Beef Hearts, White Corn Meal, Beef Livers, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, and Spices

Pan Fry

Slice 1/4” to 1/2” thick. Preheat pan to medium heat (375°F), browning each side for approximately 10 minutes. Slices should not touch.

Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen.
