Ingredients

Pork Broth, Pork, Pork Skins, Yellow Corn Meal, Wheat Flour, Pork Hearts, Pork Livers, Salt, and Spices

Pan Fry

Slice 1/4” to 1/2” thick. Preheat pan to medium heat (375°F), browning each side for approximately 10 minutes. Slices should not touch.

Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen.

    Habbersett Scrapple is a long standing family tradition and I can't find it it Los Angeles. I'm so grateful I can get it directly, it makes our holidays!

    I grew up in Pennsylvania eating and loving Habbersett scrapple. I have since move away but try to order scrapple every year. Everyone in my family loves it. We have tried other brands of Scrapple and did not like them. Habbersett is the best.

    Having grown up with Habbersett products outside of Philadelphia - their Scrapple being my favorite - it's a taste my wife and I can never forget. We've been away from Philly now for 50+ years, and the ability to get it delivered fresh is a real treat. Keep it comin'! Cheese Deli's service is great!
